The Bicycle Sport Shop Six Shooter is the biggest and best cyclocross race in Texas with a fun and challenging course. All race categories are available for your watching or racing pleasure, including free races for little riders ages 14 and under. Dirty Double Saturday gives beginners a chance to test out a CX race during individual or relay pairs races. Category 5 races for men and women happening both days will take place on the same course at the same time with their peers with a delayed start for the full experience. There will be free racing for the U10 and U15 kids events, and a NEW $20 ‘Ain’t Racing’ unscored category for folks that want an inexpensive, no-pressure way to try the cyclocross experience. Startline call-ups are based on CrossResults points for the front 2 rows, then based on the order of registration after that.

And no license is required for ANY of the races! Enjoy music, a free beer garden from Austin Beerworks, onsite food for purchase, and shenanigans all day long.

Race for the purse, race for the glory.

DIRTY DOUBLES, AIN’T RACING, & LUCHA LIBRE

If you’ve been wanting to dip your toes in a cyclocross race but aren’t ready to jump in the pool yet, then try Dirty Double or Ain’t Racing. Race two laps during the men’s or women’s Dirty Double segments, or pair up with a teammate and do one lap each in the Dirty Double Relay. You can also try the Ain’t Racing $20 option that won’t have scores posted for a stress-free test of CX. Want to get into something even zestier? Join the Lucha Libre Single Speed Championships and show off your skills (and some skin).

Volunteer: Volunteer to help out at Six Shooter and get a free race entry and lunch for your completed shift! If you want to cash in on a free race, please register above, pay, and Capital City Racing will refund you after the shift. Sign up to Volunteer >
